Instructions
Organizations instructing SGK to carry out a staff
recruitment exercise on its behalf will give such instructions by
filling SGK service request form. Such instructions can also be through
issue of an LPO or official company letter signed by an authorized
officer.

We have built the richest CV data bank in the region. Our CV data bank is unique since we conduct pre-qualification interviews to establish the quality of each candidate. We are therefore able to respond to most of our clients staff needs rapidly.
Advertisement
In the event that skills sort are not resident in
our CV data bank and with client concurrence SGK will design and place
advertisement in appropriate media including SGK job web page.

Selection
Process
SGK consultant will shortlist and interview several
candidates using evaluation tools agreed between the two parties.
SGK will then submit a comprehensive report on each recommended candidate.
The number of candidates recommended for client final evaluation will
be agreed between SGK and client. However, five candidates are considered
ideal for each position. Our report will be available either in soft
or hard copy form or both. Upon receipt of report the client will
advice on dates and venue when the recommended candidates can be taken
through the final evaluation. After identifying the desired candidate
the client will discuss a remuneration package offer. SGK will assist
on reference check on selected candidate upon request by the client.

Cost
Where advertisement in the media is required, the
client will meet full advertisement cost. SGK will prepare design
and art work for client approval. Upon approval the client will make
direct payment to the advertising media. Upon payment SGK will handover
the art work to the media for insertion.
SGK
Professional Fee
Our fee is an equivalent of the selected candidate's
80% monthly gross salary plus VAT payable by the client subject to
a minimum of Ksh (20,000) twenty thousand where 80% gross monthly
salary is less than Ksh (20,000) twenty thousand. SGK professional
fee will be due when the selected candidate report to start work.
Upon confirmation that the selected candidate has reported to take
up the clients job offer, SGK will raise an invoice for payment.
Candidate
Part Payment
On mutual agreement between the employer and potential
candidate, the candidate may be required to pay part of placement
fee. The employer will pay SGK fee and recover the same from the candidate
salary in installments once the candidate enters the employer service.
Discount
Clients who finalize the entire selection process
including payment of SGK professional fee in a period not exceeding
fourteen (14)days will be automatically eligible for a five (5%) discount
on the concluded transaction.
Quality
Guarantee
SGK selection sessions are conducted by a panel
of senior resourcing consultants and include administration of tests
designed to measure individual candidate proficiency on core compitencies
and their intelligence level. The process is designed to ensure only
high caliber candidate make the final short list. In the event a candidate
selected through SGK leave employment before serving the organization
for (3)three months and for reasons not related to employer breach
of contractual agreements, SGK will promptly give a replacement free
of charge.
Ethical
Guarantee
Once a candidate get a job through SGK, his/her
CV will be inactivated from SGK data bank. Therefore unless by show
of proof that our client has duly dishcharged, SGK will undertake
not to find such candidate other placement whilst in client service.
SGK will disclose to the client all information about a candidate
as adduced during an interview session. SGK will only deal with organizations
engaged in legal and ethical activities. Candidates with known criminal
history will not be eligible for SGK services.
