INCHARGE OF WIN BACK STRATEGIES ON NEW, EXISTING AND LAPSED CLIENTS. PREPARING/SENDING GROUP PROPOSALS TO CLIENTS/BROKERS. PREPARING/SENDING GROUP/INDIVIDUAL QUOTATIONS FOR POTENTIAL CLIENTS/BROKERS. PREPARING SUMMARY BOOKLETS AND SENDING TO BROKERS/CLIENTS. PREPARING BENEFITS/PREMIUM COMPARISONS BETWEEN THE COMPANY AND OTHER PROVIDERS. KEEP TABS ON POTENTIAL CLIENTS/BROKERS BY MAKING QUOTE FOLLOW UPS. RESPONDING TO CLIENT/BROKER QUERIES THROUGH CALLS, WALK IN, EMAILS AND ONE ON ONE MEETINGS. ATTENDING CLIENT/BROKER MEETINGS. CONVERTING LEADS ON SALES FORCE AND ASSIGNING TO BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT/SALES TEAM. ENSURING LEADS HAVE BEEN ACTIONED AND SALESFORCE UPDATED. PREPARING LOG REPORTS. |
