THE HEAD OF RECRUITMENT WILL LEAD THE END-TO-END RECRUITMENT FUNCTION, MANAGE A TEAM OF CONSULTANTS, AND ENSURE SUCCESSFUL DELIVERY OF HIGH-QUALITY TALENT TO OUR CLIENTS. THIS ROLE COMBINES STRATEGIC PLANNING WITH HANDS-ON EXECUTION, INCLUDING BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, PROCESS IMPROVEMENT, AND TALENT ACQUISITION STRATEGY BY PERFORMING THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:-
STRATEGIC LEADERSHIP: -
DEVELOP AND EXECUTE THE OVERALL RECRUITMENT STRATEGY IN ALIGNMENT WITH COMPANY GOALS.
BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS, ENSURING REPEAT BUSINESS AND CLIENT SATISFACTION.
IDENTIFY GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES AND DEVELOP SECTOR-SPECIFIC RECRUITMENT VERTICALS.
TEAM MANAGEMENT:-
LEAD, COACH, AND MANAGE A TEAM OF RECRUITMENT CONSULTANTS.
SET KPIS, MONITOR PERFORMANCE, AND SUPPORT TEAM DEVELOPMENT THROUGH MENTORING AND TRAINING.
FOSTER A HIGH-PERFORMANCE, TARGET-DRIVEN CULTURE.
OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE:-
OVERSEE THE FULL RECRUITMENT CYCLE: JOB BRIEF, SOURCING, SCREENING, INTERVIEWING, SHORTLISTING, AND CLIENT PRESENTATION.
ENSURE ADHERENCE TO RECRUITMENT PROCESSES, QUALITY STANDARDS, AND COMPLIANCE PROTOCOLS.
IMPROVE OPERATIONAL WORKFLOWS AND LEVERAGE TECHNOLOGY TO ENHANCE EFFICIENCY.
CLIENT AND CANDIDATE ENGAGEMENT:-
ACT AS A SENIOR POINT OF CONTACT FOR KEY CLIENTS AND HIGH-PROFILE ASSIGNMENTS.
DRIVE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT, PROPOSAL WRITING, AND CONTRACT NEGOTIATIONS.
ENSURE EXCEPTIONAL CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE AND TALENT PIPELINE DEVELOPMENT.
MARKET INTELLIGENCE:-
STAY UPDATED ON LABOR MARKET TRENDS, RECRUITMENT TECHNOLOGIES, AND COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES.
PROVIDE INSIGHTS TO CLIENTS AND THE INTERNAL TEAM ON TALENT AVAILABILITY AND SALARY BENCHMARKS.
