THE REGIONAL SALES MANAGER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LEADING AND EXECUTING THE SALES STRATEGY ACROSS THE ASSIGNED REGION. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE A DEEP UNDERSTANDING OF MARKET TRENDS, CUSTOMER NEEDS, AND COMPETITOR ACTIVITY WITHIN THE MANUFACTURING SECTOR. THIS ROLE INVOLVES MANAGING KEY ACCOUNTS, DRIVING REVENUE GROWTH, ENHANCING CUSTOMER SATISFACTION, AND CONTRIBUTING TO THE OVERALL PROFITABILITY OF THE COMPANY.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL ENSURE THE ACHIEVEMENT OF SALES TARGETS, EXPAND MARKET SHARE, AND IMPLEMENT STRATEGIC INITIATIVES TO MAINTAIN THE COMPANYS COMPETITIVE EDGE BY PERFORMING THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:-
DEVELOP AND IMPLEMENT REGIONAL SALES STRATEGIES ALIGNED WITH OVERALL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES.
MONITOR MARKET TRENDS, CUSTOMER BEHAVIORS, AND COMPETITOR ACTIVITIES TO IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
LEAD AND MANAGE A TEAM OF SALES REPRESENTATIVES, SETTING PERFORMANCE GOALS AND ENSURING TEAM DEVELOPMENT.
BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS, DISTRIBUTORS, AND STAKEHOLDERS.
PREPARE AND ANALYZE SALES REPORTS, FORECASTS, AND PERFORMANCE METRICS TO INFORM STRATEGIC DECISIONS.
DRIVE PRODUCT VISIBILITY AND PENETRATION IN THE REGIONAL MARKET.
COLLABORATE WITH MARKETING, PRODUCTION, AND LOGISTICS TEAMS TO ENSURE SEAMLESS EXECUTION OF SALES PLANS.
IDENTIFY AND RESOLVE CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS PROMPTLY AND EFFECTIVELY TO ENSURE HIGH LEVELS OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.
MANAGE BUDGETS, PRICING STRATEGIES, AND DISCOUNT POLICIES IN LINE WITH COMPANY GUIDELINES.
ENSURE COMPLIANCE WITH COMPANY POLICIES, HEALTH AND SAFETY REGULATIONS, AND INDUSTRY STANDARDS.
