SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE REPORTS TO SALES MANAGER. HIS/HER MAIN ROLE IS TO DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH BY IDENTIFYING AND SECURING NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, MANAGING KEY CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS, AND OVERSEEING THE SALES CYCLE FROM LEAD GENERATION TO CLOSING. HE/SHE WILL MENTOR JUNIOR SALES STAFF, ANALYSE MARKET TRENDS, AND ENSURE THE COMPANY MEETS ITS SALES TARGETS BY PERFORMING THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:-
SALES STRATEGY AND TARGET ACHIEVEMENT:-
DEVELOP AND EXECUTE SALES STRATEGIES TO MEET OR EXCEED MONTHLY, QUARTERLY, AND ANNUAL SALES TARGETS.
PREPARE AND PRESENT REGULAR SALES FORECASTS, PIPELINE REPORTS, AND PERFORMANCE UPDATES.
IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES FOR UPSELLING AND CROSS-SELLING WITHIN EXISTING ACCOUNTS.
CLIENT ACQUISITION AND RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT:-
IDENTIFY NEW BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES THROUGH NETWORKING, COLD CALLING, MARKET RESEARCH, AND INDUSTRY EVENTS.
BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG, LONG LASTING CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY DECISION- MAKERS.
SERVE AS THE LEAD POINT OF CONTACT FOR HIGH-VALUE CLIENTS AND COMPLEX SALES NEGOTIATIONS.
TEAM COLLABORATION AND LEADERSHIP:-
SUPPORT AND GUIDE JUNIOR SALES STAFF IN FIELD VISITS, CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT, AND PROPOSAL DEVELOPMENT.
COLLABORATE WITH MARKETING, FINANCE, AND PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT TEAMS TO ENSURE SEAMLESS DELIVERY OF CUSTOMER SOLUTIONS.
PROVIDE FEEDBACK ON MARKET TRENDS, CUSTOMER NEEDS, AND COMPETITOR ACTIVITY.
PROPOSAL AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT:-
PREPARE COMPELLING SALES PROPOSALS, BIDS, AND QUOTATIONS ALIGNED WITH CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS AND COMPANY POLICIES.
NEGOTIATE CONTRACT TERMS AND CLOSE AGREEMENTS TO MAXIMIZE PROFIT.
MARKET INTELLIGENCE:-
MONITOR LOCAL AND REGIONAL MARKET DEVELOPMENTS, COMPETITOR PRICING, AND EMERGING CUSTOMER NEEDS.
RECOMMEND IMPROVEMENTS TO PRODUCTS OR SERVICES BASED ON MARKET FEEDBACK.
