Salary:  KSHS. 60,000 - 80,000 PLUS SALES COMMISSIONS AMONG OTHER COMPANY BENEFITS
Additional Attributes:  SALES LEAD WILL BE INCHARGE OF THE COMPANY SALES TEAM AND WILL PERFORM THE FOLLOWING RESPONSIBILITIES:- ENSURE ACHIEVEMENT OF THE ANNUAL SALES TARGETS. DESIGN, IMPLEMENT AND EXECUTE SALES STRATEGY FOR THE COMPANY AS WELL AS ACTION PLANS FOR THE SALES TEAM. PREPARE AND SUBMIT PLANS, BUDGETS, PROGRESS AND ANNUAL SALES DEVELOPMENT REPORTS. IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE FINANCE MANAGER, DEVELOP A PRICING STRATEGY THAT WILL OPTIMIZE COMPANY RETURNS WHILST ENSURING COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE. MONITOR MARKET TRENDS AND CUSTOMER NEEDS FOR PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT AND LAUNCH PURPOSES. DESIGN AND EXECUTE PLANS TO IMPLEMENT LEADS GENERATED BY THE MARKETING DEPARTMENT. COLLABORATE WITH PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT MANAGER TO DESIGN, DEVELOP AND ENSURE THAT OUR PRODUCTS AND SERVICES MEET AND EXCEED CUSTOMER EXPECTATIONS. MANAGEMENT OF RELEVANT INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS IN THE SALES PROCESS. STAFF MANAGEMENT (APPRAISE PERFORMANCE OF THE TEAM) MOTIVATION, TRAINING, RECRUITMENT AND SELECTION. IDENTIFYING THE POTENTIAL OF EACH OF THE TEAM MEMBER AS WELL AS DEVISING WAYS OF MAXIMIZING THAT POTENTIAL TOWARDS REALIZATION OF THE COMPANYS GOALS AND OBJECTIVES. MANAGE SERVICE LEVELS AGREEMENTS WITH CLIENTS. RESEARCH COMPETITORS OFFERING AND MITIGATE THEIR IMPACT ON THE COMPANY. IMPLEMENT SHORT AND LONG-TERM GOALS, OBJECTIVES AND OPERATING PROCEDURES WITHIN THE SALES DEPARTMENT. PROVIDE FEEDBACK TO MANAGEMENT REGARDING CUSTOMER NEEDS, MARKET DYNAMICS AND COMPETITIVE ASSESSMENTS. CLEAR OUT OBSOLETE INVENTORY ANNUALLY. MANAGE RESELLER CHANNELS.
