SALES EXECUTIVE WILL SUPPORT SALES LEAD IN GENERATING SALES ORDERS BY PERFORMING THE FOLLOWING DUTIES:-
IDENTIFYING BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES BY IDENTIFYING PROSPECTS AND EVALUATING THEIR POSITION IN THE INDUSTRY.
SELLING PRODUCTS BY ESTABLISHING CONTACT AND DEVELOPING RELATIONSHIPS WITH PROSPECTS.
MAINTAINING RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS BY PROVIDING SUPPORT, INFORMATION AND GUIDANCE.
COLD CALLING TO ARRANGE MEETINGS WITH POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS TO PROSPECT FOR NEW BUSINESS.
MAINTAINING A DATABASE OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS MET AND THE LATEST STATUS OF THE SALES PROCESS AND FILING A COPY OF THE SAME IN THE COMPANYS SERVER AT THE END OF EACH MONTH.
LISTENING TO CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS AND PRESENTING APPROPRIATELY TO MAKE A SALE.
RESPONDING TO INCOMING EMAIL AND PHONE ENQUIRIES.
ACTING AS A CONTACT BETWEEN A COMPANY AND ITS EXISTING AND POTENTIAL MARKETS.
NEGOTIATING THE TERMS OF AN AGREEMENT AND CLOSING SALES.
GATHERING MARKET AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION AND SHARING IT WITH THE COMPANYS MANAGEMENT.
REPRESENTING THE COMPANY AT TRADE EXHIBITIONS, EVENTS AND PROMOTIONS.
NEGOTIATING ON PRICE, COSTS, DELIVERY AND SPECIFICATIONS WITH BUYERS AND MANAGERS.
CHALLENGING ANY OBJECTIONS WITH A VIEW TO GETTING THE CUSTOMER TO BUY.
CREATING DETAILED TENDER AND PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS, OFTEN AS PART OF A FORMAL BIDDING PROCESS THAT IS LARGELY DICTATED BY THE PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER.
REVIEWING ONES OWN SALES PERFORMANCE, AIMING TO MEET OR EXCEED TARGETS.
GAINING A CLEAR UNDERSTANDING OF CUSTOMERS BUSINESSES AND REQUIREMENTS.
MAKING ACCURATE, RAPID COST CALCULATIONS AND PROVIDING CUSTOMERS WITH QUOTATIONS.
MANAGING ALL FUTURE REQUIREMENTS OF THE EXISTING CUSTOMERS (ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT).
ATTENDING TEAM MEETINGS AND SHARING BEST PRACTICE WITH COLLEAGUES.
